The scope of the journal is to provide an academic medium and an important reference for the advancement and dissemination of research results that support high-level learning, teaching and research in the fields of Family & Private Laws. Original theoretical work and application-based studies, which contributes to a better understanding of Family & Private Law and technical challenges, are encouraged.

1. FLPR aims to promote savant excellence in the area of Family & Private Law.
2. FLPR aims to focus on legal issues currently being in Family & Private Law as well as those being debated international with specific reference to India.
3. FLPR aims to focusing on issues of Family & Private Law, social justice and human rights, critique of the legal system, developments in alternative practice and community legal education.
